Our wood Biscuits are made in the USA from compressed
Beech. Wood Biscuits sometimes referred to as Wood Plates or Wafers are
used for edge or corner-jointing. The wood biscuits are fitted into
slots usually created with a biscuit jointer. When the biscuit comes
into contact with a water based glue it swells thus creating a
'locked' joint.
We stock the three most common biscuit
sizes for use with all standard plate joiners such as Porter-Cable,
Lamello, Freud, Ryobi, DeWalt and other popular makes.
