Your product is great. The ordering was easy and my item came quickly. Where the problem came in was my fault. I didn't measure correctly and I need almost double the size pot:( Totally, my problem.

The micro planters were a hit at miniature club. They were perfect for the class that was being taught & plenty for each person to get 3-4 pieces. Exceptional quality!

I realised I had ordered the wrong item when I found my invoice from a previous order and I called to see what could be done even though the item was out for shipping that same day. The young lady I spoke to advised me she managed to stop the shipment and made the correct order for me. I was overjoyed that the swap was made and I still got the shipment within the proper timeframe. Thank you!!!
