Pegas Chuck Head Renewal Kit

I ordered these parts to fix the chuck head on my saw, which they did not. Talked with Michael and he explained that some of the chuck head were faulty and would cracked down the middle. I sent him a pic to confirm that he was correct. I explained that mine came from a new saw that I bought in 2024. I don't know the status of this issue and what actions I should take.

I appreciate the quick shipment of the excellent
Pegas blades and the blade clamp thumbscrews, which are much superior to run-of-the-mill 6mm set screws.

So happy to be able to replace my chuck head. Have been experiencing blad slippage lately and after watching Steve Good, I found out what my problem was. Now I have several renewal kits in my stash.

One of only a couple of sources for a complete rebuild kit for the Pegas blade clamp. The clamp set screw and wears over time allowing the potential for blade slippage. Instead of replacing the clamp just order and install the rebuild kit from these great, customer service focused people.

Renewal Kit for your Pegas Chuck Heads

The set screws and swivels are wear items on all chuck heads. Freshen up your chuck head and reduce blade slippage by changing out the top and bottom Set Screws.

Renewal Kit includes:

Set Screw x 2

Thumb Screw & Swivel x 2
