Works great on my King scroll saw, no issues

I ordered these parts to fix the chuck head on my saw, which they did not. Talked with Michael and he explained that some of the chuck head were faulty and would cracked down the middle. I sent him a pic to confirm that he was correct. I explained that mine came from a new saw that I bought in 2024. I don't know the status of this issue and what actions I should take.
