Adapter for Micro Drill Bits - use with Drill or Drill Press (With 3 Collets)

Adapter works well in drill press for thinner material , some 1/2” cherry requires a little more than hand tightening . The #60 and #68 bits are being used and they’re great for my scrolling projects along with modified geometry blades .

I like it but don't hold bits very well and the thread stripped after two uses

Its great not having to replace my drill press chuck head each time i need to drill with a #70 bit.

Given the size of bit I'm using (.8mm) the collet doesn't tighten to give absolute true rotation. That being said I am far from a machinist and might be missing a method. It works fine for my uses and the collets with a bigger bit I think would be perfect. They are well manufactured.
