Happy customer

Good quality clock replacement. Product shipped and arrived promptly. Everything works as expected. The web site provided great advice for how to pick the appropriate parts. The only reasons for 4stars, some of the web page links don’t connect properly when searching for pendulums or hands and these clocks do not have great chime sounds. They sound very toy like. I wish a better sounding chime clock was available.

Fantastic product and service

Our wall chime clock was given to us by a dear friend whose father made the clock. The original chiming mechanism stopped working (after 25 years). We looked everywhere for a 3/4” shaft and were afraid we would have to retire the clock. Finally someone suggested Bear Wood. the only company who had one. Ordered and received within 3 days four provinces away!! Clock works just fine now. We also loved seeing the videos. Very helpful! Love Bear Wood customer service and quality products.

How FREE Clock Hands work ...

  1. Any $0.00 Clock Hands are FREE with the purchase of a clock mechanism.
  2. You must select the FREE Clock Hands you want for your clock, it's not automated.
  3. Not ALL Hands are FREE, if they have a price they are considered premium.

Tip 1)  If your material is too thick, consider removing some to in-set the clock.

If your clock face material is too thin, consider adding some material behind the face so the hands will sit closer to your clock face.

Tip 2) Most hands can be slightly trimmed if need be.

Tip 3) Our customers also spray paint them.
