The durable screen construction produces a uniform scratch pattern while allowing sanding dust to move through the disc instead of building up on the abrasive surface.
Made with resin-bonded aluminum oxide grain and a heavy-duty polyester mesh backing, Shredder discs are designed to stand up to demanding sanding applications—from aggressive stripping and surface preparation to between-coat sanding and fine finishing.
The open screen design also means there are no dust-extraction holes to line up. Simply attach the disc to your 5" hook-and-loop sanding pad and get to work.
