Modified Geometry Blades by Pegas include downward facing teeth and then the last few are upward facing to clean on the upstroke of the saw. The teeth setting is proprietary to Pegas.

I bought a selection of sizes of modified geometry scroll saw blades, and use them regularly on my 30 inch Pegas scroll saw. I use a lot of maple & oak, the modified geometry blades are perfect for the hard woods.

Excellent blades

I used to be a fan of Olson blades (made in the USA) but after Trumpâs tariffs on Canada, I did not wish to buy US blades, and thought I would give the Swiss made blades from Bear Woods a try. I have been pleasantly surprised to find these Pegasus blades to be significantly better in terms of durability, speed and accuracy, and am now a customer for life.
