Good Qaulity but bad on delivery

The quality of the product is good however the package was not delivered on time even though I paid for fast delivery. And customer care just dropped the ball on Canada Post. Why to ask customer pay extra for fast delivery when you shipping/logistic partner cant not keep the time commitment.
