Your customer service was fantastic and I appreciate it very much. The blade came from Canada, and to my surprise when I received my credit card statement, there was an import surcharge fee because it came from Canada. I thought I was purchasing from California. The fee wasn't very much, but you should let your customers know about additional charges!
