1) Choose Your Axle Style and Size - use Axles Pegs with built-in hubcaps, or dowel rods with dowel caps from the selection below.

2) Choose wooden axles that are just smaller than the whole size of your wooden wheels for a free spinning wheel where the axle is glued in place, or choose a tight fit dowel with or without axle caps for assembly that has the axle spinning.

3) Choose a length based on the design of your project.

4) Use Bear Woods Supply Axle Peg AP-100 or AP-100S with this wheel.

I think that you have a wonderful variety of products. Everything that I ordered was excellent, and in superb order, even the shipping was remarkable - (the package actually arrived in three days rather than the week predicted - truly impressive).
I am also glad to find a Canadian Company dealing in small parts for woodworking and scroll sawing projects. True story - last time I required wheels, I ordered from the USA, and my 32 dollar order skyrocketed to 78 dollars total what with taxes, duty and shipping. Locally, I could only find Lee Valley that carries shaker pegs, scroll saw blades and wooden wheels, but only in limited quantities, which did not fit what I required.
I make wooden cars, tractors, planes and trucks for the kids, and, as I require them, they all take wheels, so I will definitely be back in the future for more. I also like making projects that challenge me. One that I found is a shelf unit, which I have changed a bit to include a coat/hat hang up place below the shelf - great for a mud room or even a bedroom situation. I also thought that I could change the theme and make the same for a bathroom.
Your website is now locked safely in my bookmarks, and I presume that I will be checking in often from now on.

Bought these as half the price of UK stock I've managed to buy even with import and postage. (when buying with other items at very good prices)
Good quality easy fitted and no problems so far. (Used about half)
At this price it's silly to make my own wheels especially for selling at (cheapskate haha) craft fairs
Bought 100 along with 100 of a different variety and 200 axle pegs used about half of of each no problems.
Delivery to UK small packet airmail took about 7 or 8 days
Just a quick warning, my order of 72$ (Â£55 cost Â£15 (19.5$) in import duty. But at the 200 quantity of wheels I bought still saved me around 25% off my usual UK supplier and I have a stock to last a couple of weeks rather than ordering 10's or 20's here and there.

I did not wish to take the time to rate or comment on each of the individual items relating to my last order but I will state that once again I am very pleased with the items I was shipped. Once again everything I ordered was included and all of the quantities were exact.
I have just started making wooden toys as a hobby in the past two years and have placed a few orders for parts and as you folk always deliver a quality product, I have not sought an alternate supplier.

Everything arrived fine - as I expected. My only issue is that it takes a long time to get here from Canada. I realize that is not your fault and nothing you control, I just didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t realize how long it would take. That is not a problem, these are for Christmas presents, but with no way to track the shipment and the postal delays I was beginning to wonder if there was a problem. Again, there was no problem and everything looks great. Thanks for the quality of your products!

i AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMPLETION OF MY ORDER. I HAVE CONSTRUCTIVE CRITIQUE OF ADDED CHARGE, THE CANADIAN TAX ADDED TO MY BILL. I DID NOT SEE THE AMOUNT ON MY INVOICE BUT IT THREW OFF MY BANK BALANCE IN THAT ACCOUNT. YOU PROBABLY MENTIONED IT SOMEWHERE AND I DID NOT SEE IT.
