Overall I was very disappointed with your company. I had purchase an adapter for mini drill bits. The ad was falsely advertised with two different pictures claiming the item fit the drill or drill press. It didnâ€™t fit any of those nor did it fit my dremel. After going through my emails for receipts and combing through the products on the website I found out that I was given the wrong product. I reached out to a friend on IG who I know is sponsored by this company and she spoke with someone in charge about my issue but No one contacted me. I had to go out of my way to email and and explain the issue in return I got an email back that didnâ€™t sound sincere nor apologetic. The correct item was shipped after but it seemed like it was just a way for me to go away. My time was wasted and the customer service was poor.

I bought these Honey Dippers to go with my honey for Christmas presents. I checked my usual Bee Store that I order from and they were almost double the price. I originally ordered them because they were the cheapest I could find at the time but I was very happy with the quality, price, and the quick delivery. I will order from this company again!!
