Product description noted it does not tick but it does . A call to your rep advised there would be no refund. Shipping back to Canada was $41 via USPS. Very unfortunate purchase based on untruthful product description.

Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type).  In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms.
