Clock was just what I needed although insert was a trifle small and I had to fill space to keep clock in it's place. Clock second hand was stuck when I first placed battery in but finally did start to run but it kept losing time. Return and replacement has been easy and fast.

I went online and ordered a clock insert from Bearwoods and I am very happy with the quality of the insert that I received. It took only 10 days to arrive from Canada to my home in the Midwest. I felt that the price of the insert was very reasonable, and that the shipping was phenomenally low. The only thing that as a customer I would have liked to have seen improved was the tracking information. Once it went from Canada into California there were no updates as to where it was in the shipping process. So, I was very surprised on the day it did arrive. But I am very happy with the product, the packaging and the amount of time that it took to arrive. Thank you Bearwoods…. I can now continue to have my Grandmother’s mantle clock on full display!

Just as advertised. The clock fitup was for a birthday gift I was making. It came in lots of time.

After removing the clock from the packaging I noticed the plastic back was cracked. I took a pic and decided to put a battery in it and try it. It works okay so I didn't bother sending it back. I'll send you the pic I took if you want. The packaging was not damaged so I assume the clock was put in the box damaged. It's working okay for now.
