I am very impressed with your inventory and I am very happy with the scrollsaw blades that I purchased. I am a bit disappointed with the additional charge of about $45.00 from the UPS driver. I was informed that it was a customs thing. I can understand that but paying an additional $40 + on top of the cost of the product which came to app.$90.00. I attempted to find a way to get knowledge about this situation but was told that there is nothing that can be done. This was very disappointing because it was a trial order to see if I could work with your company. I did feel a bit let down at the abrupt shut down of my many inquiriies.
