Best customer service

I am anxious to work with my 16" round clock kits received. One of the clock mechanisms arrived damaged and without hesitation, a replacement part was shipped out immediately. Staff were very polite and courteous.Shipping was quick, even coming to Hawaii. Prep and assembly of clocks was very simple and without incident. I am very pleased with my purchase and already returned for additional purchases. Thank you, Bear Woods!
