One big negative. I was extremely dissapointed with your policy of bundling dowel orders. It would have cost me about $150. to obtain the dowel sizes I required, with a number of sizes sitting unused in my bin. Your company was one of the very few that provided dowels , that were actually the size quoted. I hope other woodworkers have made a similar complaint.

Fixed old Thrift shop clock with this fitup03/07/2016 BySusan Kemmerer The 2-3/4" WHITE-ROMAN QUARTZ CLOCK FITUP that I ordered is perfect for the clock I found at a Thrift store. I pulled out the old mechanism from the clock and replaced it with this and am very satisfied. Very good value.

The face is not centered in the bezel as pictured on the website/product page, not the one below. There were "tabs" on the bezel where the plastic parts were molded together with other parts. For the $20+ I paid for this I could get 2 or 3 of same quality from other websites. Really disappointed! Also I thought a rubber gasket was also supplied to fit in mounting hole . . . not provided! Looks like my review will not submit, unless I give it more than the two stars I want to rate.

One great, one not so great11/09/2020 ByBrian Stevens One clock works fine. The other one: The minute hand was slipping and not moving on. The clock wasn't keeping time. I figured the hands were coming off the spindle. I held the clock face upwards and tapped the bottom to try to set the hands back on the spindle. It helped, but I'm afraid to touch the clock as the hands might giggle loose again.
Quartz Clock02/09/2018 ByLarry Addley Clock did not work when first attempted. Discovered the problem was the contacts for the battery were not touching the battery. I was a little concerned about bending them to make contact. Fortunately, everything went perfectly and cclock is working well.

Tips
Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type). In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms.
