Where's my parcel?


When we ship your parcel, you will receive 2 emails from us (don't forget to check your spam/junk folders).
The emails will include tracking information including a tracking number if you purchased shipping that includes tracking.
COVID-19 continues to slow the rate of deliveries, so please be patient.
Even parcels that look like they have stalled will eventually keep moving.
More than 99.95% of our parcels are successfully delivered.

What days are Bear Wood Supply Co. able to ship products?
- We ship Monday through Friday and endeavor to ship most items before end of next business day.
We ship Express orders same day when received before noon Pacific Time. (But you can always call us and we'll do our best to help).

Where does Bear Wood Supply Co. ship products from?
- Products ship from either our warehouse in Pacific Northwest, or from one of our production facilities that are spread throughout the US.

When will I receive my Tracking Info?
- When a shipping label is made by our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking info. Check your spam folder too!

What is the benefit of making an Account?
- If you have taken advantage of free customer registration, you can see your tracking numbers and order history there.

Is there a way for me to see the cost difference between shipping options?
- From the Shopping Cart (link is at the top right of every page) when you enter your Postal Code, and select the country you are shipping to,
the page will generate shipping options. UPS services are denoted with available options.

How does Bear Woods Supply Co. determine Shipping Cost?
- Shipping is by weight and provided at or BELOW our cost.
We believe it is most fair to provide fair prices, rather than absorbing the cost of all shipping.
It is the responsibility of the customer to cover the cost of any applicable duties/import fees.


Shipping options from Bear Woods

For shipments within the USA and Internationally you may see the following options, depending on your location and the weight of the items you select:

Small Packet USA Air. This service uses the US Postal Service. This service is reliable but does not include a tracking number. Average 5-8 business days (excludes weekends). This is not an insured service. Therefore, in the extremely rare event a parcel goes missing, we will provide options and the best we can do is share the cost of replacement.
Tracked Packet - USA. This service uses the US Postal Service. Average 5-8 business days (excludes weekends). This is not an insured service. Therefore, in the extremely rare event a parcel goes missing, we will provide options and the best we can do is share the cost of replacement.
Small Packet International Air. Provided by the postal service, this option does not provide a tracking number. Average 6-10 business days. This is not an insured service. Therefore, in the extremely rare event a parcel goes missing, we will provide options and the best we can do is share the cost of replacement.
Small Packet International Surface. Provided by the postal service, this option does not include tracking. 4-12 weeks. This is not an insured service. Therefore, in the extremely rare event a parcel goes missing, we will provide options and the best we can do is share the cost of replacement.
Expedited Parcel. Provided by the postal service, you will see a delivery ETA. Insured Service.
XPressPost. Provided by the postal service, you will see a delivery ETA. Insured Service. UPS Standard - typically 3-8 days. Insured Service.
UPS Next Day Air, by end of Next Business Day. Insured Service.
UPS Second Day Air, - 2 Business Day service, by end of day. Insured Service.
UPS Three-Day Select - a 3 Business Day service, by end of day. Insured Service.
UPS Worldwide Expedited - a 2-5 Business Day service. Insured Service.
UPS Worldwide Saver - a 1-3 Business Day service by end of day. Insured Service
UPS Worldwide Express - a 1-3 Business Day service, Delivery by 10:30 am or 12:00 noon, Insured Service.
