Although products are well made and reputation is well deserved, I had to email you to find out why I hadn’t received my items-we are talking 4-5 weeks. In addition, I ordered the cleaning kit and didn’t receive the cleaning cloth. Although this isn’t a major deal, the long shipping wait on 1st order and then 5+week delay on this most recent order is! So, the price difference of your items verses what Amazon charges for the same items may seem like Bear woods is a better deal-by the time I factor in free shipping(Amazon prime) & super fast arrival time….i believe I have ordered my last products from you.
