I did not wish to take the time to rate or comment on each of the individual items relating to my last order but I will state that once again I am very pleased with the items I was shipped. Once again everything I ordered was included and all of the quantities were exact.
I have just started making wooden toys as a hobby in the past two years and have placed a few orders for parts and as you folk always deliver a quality product, I have not sought an alternate supplier.

Please allow for that with your purchase decisions. For bulk purchase of wooden or metal products, we will issue refunds on a case-by-case basis, based on a review of photos and relevant discussions. When more than 2% of a product purchased is deemed unacceptable or missing, we will offer a partial credit/refund and will do so after a review of photos or of the returned merchandise.
