US Made Quartz Movement

I was in need of a new clock mechanism and hands for an mid-80s New Haven 'Daily Bread' wall clock. I couldn't find the exact mechanism to re-use the hands, so I had to purchase something similar. This was close enough to the original, although the shaft was slightly longer. I use the washer on the back side of the clock face too shorten the shaft. The unit is fully functional and I'm back up and running. It's also a USA made part, so bonus there, at least for me.

Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type). In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms. Sometimes you will even try a separate pack as not all new packs have perfect batteries.
