My wife had long had a southwestern styled craft wall clock, which recently stopped running. Your catalog, which was amazingly easy to use, appeared to have a direct replacement part. That turned out to be true, even to accepting her existing hanger. The clock is now up and running, and installation took only minutes. We are extremely satisfied. Even the new hands are a plus, being easier to see. Not sure about the "free hands" part, though; ours cost a couple of dollars.

shipping packaging was bad most of the nuts came of the clock works and were loose and some luckily stuck to the tape i found them all and all clocks work except on is missinf the round aduster on the back i havent tried it but it may work without it they are quiet and work as they should so far would worry about shipping problems if i order again so somewhat satisfied

Ordered 3 clocks to replace one i made when I was much younger
After researching the size and type i needed, I ordered them, they got perfect! Didn't end up using the hands or minute hand because my old ones fit. Would have been nice if there was a way to figure out of the old hands would fit the new clock

When I purchased this mechanism I wasn't sure if it was going to fit the clock I was fixing. But the measurements displayed were absolutely dead on. Was super easy to set up and uses a double A battery. So happy with this product, if I ever fix another clock, I will be buying from here again!

I was pleased to find that the package came quicker than I expected.
The clock mechanism was easy to install. The hands trimmed easily and I used a black sharpie to blacken the edges after I filed the ends.

On my second try I finally got the motor with the correct shaft length ordered. From the US it is impossible to return a motor in an efficient way. So make sure you know the correct shaft length before ordering.

Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type). In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms. Sometimes you will even try a separate pack as not all new packs have perfect batteries.
