Happy customer 11/07/2022

Unfortunately the ends of the spiral blades were twisted and when I tried to tighten the blades to use, about 3 or4 seconds of running time the all broke. I called Bear Woods and they were Veey understanding and asked me to return then with refund and so I ordered the plain end blades. I very satisfied with their understanding and willingness to make thing right. I will continue to work with this company. I recommend them to others !!!
