Great product for the price. Excellent service. Shipped and arrived as notified. Would definitely use Bear Woods again.
P.S. If possible develop a system to adjust to larger holes. Could be an extra charge. Used in a 1930 mantle clock and hole was 3.75. Was able to make it work and clocklooks great.

The clock insert is good quality and it was delivered promptly. My only quibble is that the description said the insert would fit a 3 1/8" hole with supplied rubber gasket, but that wasn't the case. I had to put tape around the gasket to make it fit the 3 1/8" hole.

Product was exactly what I expected. Didn't need the rubber gasket that came with it, though it would be useful if the hole in the mounting surface was slightly too large. I had to enlarge an existing hole so it wasn't an issue.

Click looks great. Only thing I've found is with the 3 1/8 hole using the rubber ring it's hard to get it in flush with the wood takes a lot of twisting and pushing but it looks great once it's there.

My grandmother had a clock, that she loved but the time piece stopped working ( really cheap) this is a much higher quality & with a little work and glue fit perfectly. 5 stars definitely recommend.

Tips

Install a FRESH Duracell or Energizer Battery (But not a rechargeable type). In our experience, these are the only batteries that are reliable for clock mechanisms.
