Staining: to give the concrete that natural look it is absolutely necessary to use the Dispersion Colors. Dispersion Colors are very different than paints and stains. When mixed with water and applied in many thin layers to 3D Crete, your work will start to transform into a realistic formation.
Surface Preparation: All areas must be clean, sound, and grease free. Mixing Ratio: Mix Counter Culture 3D Crete with water to desired consistency with a drill and paddle mixer for a smoother consistency. Small amounts can be mixed by hand with a stir stick.
Brush Coats: 2:1 (Two parts 3D Crete to one part water. Makes a bond coat on your work for the next application of 3D Crete. let completely dry before your next application.
Texture Blend: 4:1 (Four parts 3D Crete to one part water. Very thick mix made to create a natural rock look or stick to a vertical surface.
Smooth Blend: 3:1(Three parts 3D Crete to one part water. This mix is made to create a smooth surface.
